“What matters in life is not what happens to you, but what you remember and how you remember it to tell it.” ― Gabriel Garcia Marquez. Convert your weaknesses into strengths to tell your story from the perception of a survivor. Work toward finding one of the best indicators of self fulfillment: The balance between body, mind, and spirit.

I prefer to take from different styles of therapy to develop a unique approach that fits you, this may include a holistic talk therapy approach that may consist of: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, SFBT, Music Therapy & Sand Tray Therapy.

With my holistic approach to therapy, strong cultural awareness skills, and being fluent in Spanish I have helped children, adolescents, adults, and military families to work through their struggles with resiliency, cultural stigmas about mental health, anxiety, post partum depression, and PTSD. I invite you to a safe space for you to discover growth.
