Once you schedule your initial appointment with us you will receive a Welcome email to set-up and access your personal profile.

For all scheduled appointments, you will receive an email and phone reminder 48 hours and 24 hours in advance through the Client Portal system.
At the time of your appointment, you simply login to your account and there will be button prompting you to start/join your session.
If you need a Client Portal account, forgot your password, require assistance filling out the consent forms, or cannot access the video at the time of your appointment, please call our office and our administrative staff will gladly guide you as needed.
