We understand that some people are choosing to continue to follow strict COVID guidelines.
By using Telehealth, we are able to bring your sessions to you in the comfort of your own home via video/phone call. We want to provide you with the same services just as easily as if it were in-person.
Our secure HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform can be accessed on a PC, laptop, phone, or other mobile device with video and audio access.
All you have to do is log in to your Client Portal at the time of your session, click on your appointment, and you will enter a waiting room where your therapist will meet you. https://www.therapyportal.com/p/mentalwellness77511/login/
ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND CONSENT FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT TO AVOID CANCELLATION.
At this time we are offering In- Person and Telehealth sessions (video, phone).
For in-person sessions, we ask that you:
1) Complete any documents sent to you via Client Portal prior to your appointment.
2) Wait in your car and come in to the office at the time of your appointment,
3) Wear a mask inside the office if you choose or if you are experiencing any cold/flu like symptoms and/or fever, coughing, sneezing.
4) Respect people's choice to social distance and wear a mask.
Hand sanitizer is available at the office for those that choose to use it.
