As we continue to navigate through the obstacles COVID-19 has presented to us, we continue to keep your safety a priority. In the midst of a pandemic that has changed our routines, we hope to work with you to keep your treatment uninterrupted and consistent during a time of change.
By using Telehealth, we are able to bring your sessions to you in the comfort of your own home via video/phone call. We want to provide you with the same services just as easily as if it were in-person.
Our secure HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform can be accessed on a PC, laptop, phone, or other mobile device with video and audio access.
All you have to do is log in to your Client Portal at the time of your session, click on your appointment, and you will enter a waiting room where your therapist will meet you. https://www.therapyportal.com/p/mentalwellness77511/login/
ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND CONSENT FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT TO AVOID CANCELLATION.
Our plan is to continue offering Telehealth sessions (video, phone) until further notice, but Telehealth will continue to be an option when we decide to reopen in-person sessions for those who prefer the extra layer of safety video sessions offer during this time.
We are currently offering Telehealth sessions until further notice.
When we reopen in-person sessions, we ask that you:
1) Stay in your car until the time of your appointment,
2) Wear a mask inside the office,
3) Get your temperature checked upon arrival,
4) Follow the 6 ft social distancing rule,
5) Have completed any documents sent to you via Client Portal prior to your appointment.
No exceptions will be made.
