If you are a new client, you will receive an email from us after scheduling your first appointment with a link to create your Client Portal account. This allows you to receive/send/sign documents, see your therapist's availability and manage your appointments.
If you are an existing client and have yet to set up your portal, give us a call and we will send you a personal link to get started.
If you have forgotten your password, give us a call and we will send you a password reset link.

ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND CONSENT FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SCHEDULING INITIAL APPOINTMENT TO AVOID CANCELLATION.
